DJ Performance Agreement

DJ Diamond Fusion (the "DJ") agrees to provide professional DJ and MC entertainment services for the event described in this agreement, including sound system, music programming, and setup/teardown.

The DJ will arrive with adequate time to set up before the agreed start time. The Client agrees to provide safe access to the venue, a stable power supply, and a covered performance area for outdoor events.

A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve the event date. The date is not held until the retainer is received.

The remaining balance is due no later than the day of the event, prior to performance, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are Zelle (610-618-2351 / djdiamondfusion@gmail.com), Venmo (@Sunil-Kumar-34), Cash App ($DiamondGDJ), and cash.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The retainer is non-refundable in all cases.

The event may be rescheduled once, subject to DJ availability, with the retainer applied to the new date if the change is requested at least 30 days before the original event date.

All equipment — including speakers, lighting, LED video wall, and camera gear — remains the property of DJ Diamond Fusion.

The Client is responsible for any loss or damage to equipment caused by the Client, their guests, or the venue during the event.

The DJ reserves the right to stop the performance if the safety of staff, guests, or equipment is at risk, including threats, violence, or unsafe conditions. In such cases, all fees remain due.

Volume levels will be adjusted to comply with venue or municipal requirements.

The Client grants permission for photos, video, and live-stream footage captured at the event to be used for DJ Diamond Fusion promotional purposes, unless the Client notifies the DJ in writing before the event.

The DJ's total liability is limited to the amount paid under this agreement.

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, illness, power failure, or government restrictions. In such cases the DJ will make reasonable efforts to provide a qualified replacement or reschedule.
