We scout the route with the venue or planner, confirm where the groom's party stages, and set the music so the peak of the Bhangra block lands as the procession reaches the doors. Announcements keep the family gathered so the timeline does not slip into the ceremony.
Rain plans are agreed in advance: an indoor lobby route, a shortened outdoor path, or a covered staging area. Equipment is protected and the set is adjusted to whichever plan the venue calls.
