Planning process

After booking you get a planning form for must-plays, do-not-plays, entrance songs, name pronunciations and vendor contacts. We review it on a call roughly a month out, then confirm the final timeline the week of the wedding.

Reading the room

The written plan is the starting point, not a script. If a section of the floor is thinning out, the set moves — that judgment is the difference between a full dance floor at midnight and an empty one at ten.
